This week’s Musketeer Monday column highlights a beloved math teacher who is celebrating her 29th year of making a positive, lasting impact on students in the Central Islip School District. Get to know Ms. Jennifer Cicero, who is featured in this week’s spotlight.
Students were honored at the Central Islip High School Class of 2025 graduation on Friday, June 27, at the Suffolk Federal Credit Union Arena on the campus of Suffolk County Community College.
Nicholas Laibhen is a member of the National Honor Society and My Brother’s Keeper. He plays alto saxophone in the Central Islip High School Marching Band, where he serves as section leader, and he also performed in the pit orchestra for Shrek the Musical. In addition to performing, Mr. Laibhen was part of the technical crew, helping to literally shine the spotlight from the lighting booth during school productions.
